Darin K. LeGrangePresident and Chief Executive Officer
Darin LeGrange joined Aldera in October 2012 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Darin has been a market leader in the healthcare IT industry for nearly 25 years, having successfully led the growth efforts of several of the largest and most successful healthcare organizations in the industry. With executive experience spanning complex payer and provider market segments, Darin has spearheaded rapid financial growth in the industry through the development, distribution and delivery of a wide range of technology-enabled, clinical and financial solutions that have included a multitude of consulting and professional services, proprietary software product development, as well as complete Business Process and Information Technology outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
Prior to joining Aldera, Darin served as President and CEO of Phoenix Health Systems (PHS), a healthcare IT services organization focused on clinical and financial technology providers and payers. Before PHS, he was President and CEO of XactiMed (now MedAssets), a provider of proprietary web-based revenue cycle management software tools and services to the hospital industry. Darin also served as President and Managing Director of ACS Healthcare Solutions (now Xerox). He is a graduate of California State University-Fresno.
Daniel KniesChief Technology Officer
Driving the technical direction of Aldera and the overall architecture, design and support of its core administrative system is Daniel Knies. Daniel has leveraged his extensive background in information technology development and management in the pharmaceutical and banking industries to serve as the chief architect and development manager of our web-based benefit-management solution.
Daniel specializes in Internet development and programming languages, operating systems, hardware platforms, database management system, IT systems design and development. Before founding Aldera's predecessor company, Healthation, he served as Director of Internet Initiatives and Provider Services for Prospective Health Incorporated (PHI), a subsidiary of McKesson Corp. and a leading supplier of information technology solutions for the pharmacy and pharmacy benefit management industry. Daniel earned his Master of Science degree in Computer Information Science from the University of Phoenix.
Delloise MeierChief Operating Officer
Delloise Meier joined Aldera in July 2013 as Chief Operating Officer. Delloise brings more than 30 years of operations experience, specializing in product management and development, payer and provider-based customer service, and a complete range of information systems and technology in the healthcare market. As Aldera's COO, Delloise leads the company's entire operation including product development, client services, implementation, training, and IT/hosting functions.
Prior to joining Aldera, Delloise was Senior Vice President, Technology Operations and Client Management at MedAssets. Prior to MedAssets, Delloise was Chief Operating Officer at XactiMed, where she oversaw day-to-day operations as well as the delivery of revenue cycle product and service solutions to the provider market. She has also held senior-level operations positions at Claim Services Resource Group, a Perot Systems Company, and Electronic Data Systems. Delloise received an executive-level certificate from the University of Oklahoma.
David KeaneChief Financial Officer
David Keane joined Aldera as its Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Before joining Aldera, David was Vice President of Finance, Americas Pacific for Carl Zeiss Vision. Before that David was a Principal with SynergyApplied where he served for more than four years as part-time and interim CFO for several small- to mid-sized companies. David was formerly Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Pharmaceutical Care Network. David lives in California and is a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio.
